About Cascade Massage Therapy

Like so many other people, I only planned on being in Bend for a season of winter fun and now it’s been many years and I call Bend home. I care about Bend and its community and I think of massage as an extension of that feeling. Massage therapy has always been a passion for me. I have always wanted to help others in any way that I could. I love what I do; I feel like this is what I am supposed to be doing. I feel complete when I’m giving massage and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I am so fortunate to be able to do what I love.

I am a true geek when it comes to muscles and the kinesiology of the body. I still enjoy reading my worn out textbooks and referring to my muscle charts.

This fascination with human physiology, my compassion for people, and my dedication to quality service are what make Cascade Massage Therapy so unique.
